About these terms

These terms govern use of zawish.site, a website operated by Zawish Studio. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or other visitors. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Project enquiries are not contracts

Sending an enquiry, joining a call, or receiving an initial estimate does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed. A project begins only when the relevant parties accept a written proposal, statement of work, or other project agreement. That agreement will control if it conflicts with these website terms.

Website content and demonstrations

The site describes services, working methods, case studies, concepts, and demonstrations. Interactive demos and illustrative interfaces are provided to explain capabilities; they are not live customer systems, financial advice, medical advice, or a promise that every project will produce the same result. Scope, integrations, timelines, and outcomes depend on the agreed project and available inputs.

Unless stated otherwise, the site's design, text, graphics, software, demonstrations, and Zawish branding belong to Zawish or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site for ordinary business purposes. You may not copy, resell, scrape at scale, misrepresent, or create derivative commercial materials from the site without written permission.

Links or references to third-party platforms are provided for convenience or to describe possible integrations. Zawish does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, or terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site accurate, secure, and available, but provide it on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Zawish excludes implied warranties relating to this public website and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from its use.
