Who we are

Zawish Studio ("Zawish", "we", "us") is an independent digital systems studio based in Indore, India. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to founder@zawish.site.

Information we collect

When you send a project enquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, budget range, timeline, project type, and message. We also record limited attribution data, such as the landing page, referring page, and campaign parameters, so we can understand how enquiries reach us.

Our hosting and analytics tools may process technical information including timestamps, page URLs, approximate location, browser, device type, and performance data. We do not intentionally send form contents, email addresses, or phone numbers to analytics.

Why we use it

• To prepare a call, scope, or proposal you request.
• To protect the form and website from spam, abuse, and security risks.
• To measure and improve the website and enquiry journey.
• To meet legal, accounting, or contractual obligations.

Service providers and transfers

We use Vercel for hosting, web analytics, and performance measurement. We use Resend to deliver project enquiry emails when the first-party form is enabled. These providers may process data in countries other than yours under their own security and data-protection commitments. We may also place enquiry details in a private customer-relationship or project-management system when needed to follow up with you.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably useful for the conversation, a resulting project, record-keeping, or legal obligations. We periodically remove stale enquiries that have no continuing business or legal purpose. No online service is risk-free, but we limit access, keep delivery credentials server-side, validate submissions, and use transport encryption.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information we hold about you. You may also object to certain uses. Email us with enough detail to identify the enquiry; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children and changes

This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the site or its providers change. A material update will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
